The little boy seen in PM Modi's lap is Omy, the younger son of Malayalam actor and BJP leader Krishna Kumar. On Saturday, Kumar and his family, including wife Sindhu Krishna, daughter Diya and her husband Ashwin, met Prime Minister Modi at his official residence in 7 Lok Kalyan Marg in New Delhi.

Young Omy also accompanied his parents and siblings, and was later seen playing in PM Modi's lap. The prime minister later shared in picture on his Instagram page, showing little Omy in his lap. "With a young friend who came to 7, Lok Kalyan Marg yesterday," PM Modi captioned the post.

How Krishna family described their meeting with PM Modi?
Krishna Kumar and his family also shared pictures of them with PM Modi, and narrated the warm experience of their meeting with the prime minister, describing him as a patient listener and a father figure.
"A very inspiring morning with Prime Minister Narendra Modi. I was amazed to see a personality like him welcome us with so much warmth and personal connection. From patiently listening to our many questions to the simple and genuine conversation, there were moments when we almost forgot we were in the presence of one of the world's most influential leaders," Kumar's daughter, Ahana Krishna wrote in a post.
Kumar's second daughter, Diya, also known as Ozy, described the meeting as her "biggest fan moment".
"Still waiting for someone to wake me up from an hour well spent with our beloved Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji today. My family and I will never forget it. Thanks to Achan (father) for making this happen. Narendra Modi Ji, always your big fan," she wrote.
Who is Krishna Kumar?
A veteran Malayam actor who has also appeared in a few Tamil films, Krishna Kumar transitioned to politics when he joined the BJP in February 2021, and later unsuccessful contested the 2021 Kerala Assembly Elections on a BJP ticket.
Kumar also came up short in the 2024 Lok Sabha polls, but is considered a prominent member of the BJP in Kerala, being elected as a member of the saffron party's national council from the southern state in October 2021.
Following his meeting with PM Modi, Krishna Kumar expressed gratitude for the opportunity to spend time with the "globally respected leader", and described him as a "Karma Yogi".
Kumar and his family are known for their strong social media presence, with daughters-- Ahaana Krishna, Ishaani Krishna, Diya Krishna and Hansika Krishna-- all being popular influencers and content creators.
Ahaana and Ishaani are also actors, while their mother Sindhu Krishna, is an entrepreneur.
