A video of the leader indirectly threatening Modi ahead of the Tamil Nadu visit has gone viral. The clip was shared on social media by BJP state president Nayanar Nagendran, who has demanded the immediate arrest of the DMK leader.

In particular, the silence of Tenkasi MP Rani Sreekumar and Sankarankovil MLA Raja, who were present there, without stopping the District Secretary’s brutal speech, exposes the violent nature and cruelty of the entire party.
Whatever excuses the DMK makes to avoid this, they will not be accepted. I urge the DMK government to immediately arrest DMK South District Secretary Jayapalan, who has made statements that endanger the safety of the Honourable Prime Minister of India.”
