Delhi Traffic Advisory: Traffic movement will remain affected near Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium, Lodhi Colony, on February 28, 2026, due to Punjabi singer Karan Aujla’s live music concert. In a comprehensive advisory issued on Friday, the Delhi Traffic Police has outlined major diversion restrictions in and around the stadium for the “P-POP Culture India Tour 2026” from 4 pm to 10 pm. During this time, Residents and commuters are urged to use alternate routes and plan their journey accordingly.
Routes to avoid and diversion points
- JLN Red Light
- Sewa Nagar Bus Depot Red Light
- 5th Avenue Road (Double Story Market/Dhobi Ghat)
- Pragati Vihar Red Light
- Lala Lajpat Rai Marg T-Point
- Barapullah Cut near JLN Gate No. 5
- Jangpura Metro Station/Suchna Bhawan T-Point
According to the advisory, vehicles coming from BP Marg will be rerouted towards Mehar Chand Market to avoid congestion. Meanwhile, traffic approaching from 4th Avenue and Gurjar Chowk may be denied access to the Barapullah or JLN Service Road. Similarly, vehicles coming from 5th Avenue Road and Lodhi Road will be rerouted at Pragati Vihar and other key points. Commuters must note that left turns towards the SCOPE Complex at Lala Lajpat Rai Marg T-Point will be shut.

Parking arrangements and public guidelines
Parking arrangements are available at the following areas:
- Sewa Nagar and Sunheri Pulla bus depots
- CGO Complex, SCOPE Complex
- Near Gates 7 to 9
- Parking for VIP vehicles has been arranged inside the stadium through Gate 1.
- Commuters heading to the airport, railway stations, and hospitals are advised to plan their journey in advance.
- Spectators are advised to use the metro services (JLN Stadium Metro Station- Violet Line).
